Walking down my lane to pick some Thai food, I passed by my favorite and so I call it "Step-in-anytime-soon-spa," for obvious reasons it's a stone's throw away from my home

Nice Salon and Spa, as it is called is quite a good deal for some quick messages like Neck and Shoulder, Traditional Thai, Hand and Foot spa. A few of them that are quiet reasonable compared to the more advanced and exotic ones like Swedish or a Hot-stone therapy etc.

Coming to the treatment I opted for - A herbal Foot bath, sound's exotic? Well, its quiet a decent treatment when it comes for merely Baht 150

Claims to....

Offer complete relaxation
Increase blood circulation
Offer comfort and smoothness to the sole of the feet

Herbal Foot bath
In a huge round container they dip your feet in Hot water. The water is simmered with slices of kaffir lime, Lemongrass Sprigs and  some more thai herbs.

thai , sprigs
Lemongrass sprigs and Thai herb

lime
Kaffir lime
All the these ingredients work their way diffusing amazing properties which they are best known for.

Kaffir Lime is said to ease away negative thoughts and rejuvenate the body and mind with a positive feel, just like Lavender acts as a relaxant, similarly this Thai fruit works its way. Also, the leaves help purify the blood.

Lemongrass, of course is used as a great essential oil and is known for its bold and distinctive fragrance. The other thai herbs added to the water were a mix of some strong and calming ingredients which I feel completely refreshed and relaxed at the same time.

Recommended if you want to drop by and have less money on you; less time but still want a subtle pampering!
