Oxygen to your brains in 30 secs!

IF you are in slight pain you run for a Muscle Relaxant
IF you are having a headache you pop in a Saridon/Combiflam/Asprin
If you are feverish or feeling warm you pop in a Crocin/Paracetamol 

Oh! And what if you are caught up with a prolonged body ache? Ahhh i know, You need a good spa!

Taking up these temporary measures is very instinctive and normal! But at the end of the day it is still temporary.



Today as we maturing with age, instead of getting calmer - we are getting more hyper and apprehensive about things! We don't just give things a 'thought' we practically mull over it for hours together - outcome is Headache!

Everyone is on Fb. Practically every 2nd day we stumble across a post on' Stress management' - it just shows up in the News Feeds (for people who subscribe to health and lifestyle pages only)

Either they are about Mediation for hours
Or
They are about natural home remedies like - (P.S - It helps thou, I have tried them)

-          Lavender to calm the mind "( So now I go search for Lavender aroma oil, another tension piling on my head )
-          Sandalwood helps combat nervousness and anxiety. Add a few drops of Sandalwood oil to your bath, switch on some music (What if I don't have a bath tub? I forgot my laptop at office. How do I play meditative music?)

-          Drink a hot cuppa Chamomile tea - it helps induce sleep. (Really? I just have green tea on me :(

Now, when such measures do not exist in our day-to-day lives! We have to certainly adapt to easier method!

SO HERE IT IS!

Anxiety - stress - headache - blah and blah

Just try this 30 second breather and feel FRESH OXYGEN reaching your brains! Feel a vibe of fresh air and pumped up! Believe me OR not, but atleast try it!

Breathe in very hard, Now Breathe out very hard!
Repeat...
Breath it very hard  until you feel knock of oxygen in your head!
You may feel ticklish in your head - You will definitely feel dizzy (don't worry you will come out alive and better)

Breathe out hard! Do this atleast 10 - 15 times 

Please TRY THIS AT HOME! Better yet in the morning to give a great start to your day!
