Revlon colorstay whipped creme makeup! Review - Beauty souffle

I usually do a bit of research before I invest in any of the beauty buys, but this time however I just picked up as soon as I spotted the product.

First time, an impulse purchase worked good for me!

This little Revlon Colourstay whipped creme mousse foundation , which I bought accidently is definitely now a top-shelf foundation for me. Amongst all my favorites earlier like Lakme 9-5 or Maybelline dream matte mousse which had become quiet a talk of the town as they weren't many "Mousse foundations" in the Indian market back then.

So this one is a mousse - yes, but very unlikely Maybelline. Not very creamy yet perfect

Lemme give a lowdown

Packaging:
Chunky huge glass container. Not at all travel friendly, but it looks sturdy. The jar has a nice glossy black lid that gives it a solid look - rich and appealing.

Comes in 12 Shades: Ivory, Buff, Sand Beige, Nude, Natural Beige, Medium Beige, Warm Golden, True Beige, Early Tan, Natural Tan, Rich Ginger, Caramel.

foundation, mousse
Medium Being for Indian skin type

Texture:
It earns it's brownie points here, the texture is very satiny/velvety finish. Light-weight and gives your skin the tinge of glow that it needs. Extremely smooth finish. Does not blot or wear out. Blends perfectly into the skin.
For me, it's remarkably better than the other mousse foundations I have used, since its shine- free and gives my skin complete coverage
Revlon Satin Finish
Wear it?
You can actually wear it everyday to work. It's shine-free, cake-free finish makes it addictive! So once it's there you would not want to leave your home without a glide-on

Longevity:
It gets completely absorbed into the skin, slowly it settles in and you could actually observe the slight sheen and  coverage in a few hours. It lasts longer and does not wear off easily

Definitely a try!
I highly recommend this product since it stays consistence after application. Satin finish with a glow. It conceals your dark circles, blemishes and works!
Also, no need to brush powder or compact, since it covers up for the little dab of powder, afterwards. It finishes the look of your face and has light powder deposits that gives your skin a little powdered effect also

Price
550 Baht - Expensive

Pros
Lightweight
Long-lasting
Good coverage
Everyday wear
Stand-alone face product( No need for powder/compact)

Cons
Not travel-friendly
No SPF
Expensive

What's the difference between Dewy and Satin Finish?
Dewy Finish

This looks comes out as a shiny moisturized look, it's when you get that hint of shine on your face due to a bit of oil base in the foundations

Satin Finish like - Revlon whipped creme makeup

It refers to the foundation which exude  more  longevity just like matte foundation, but with a smooth soft shine.
It blends with the skin, yet uplifting it and making it look pretty. More like giving a full coverage by hiding  blemishes and fine lines and at the same time not making it look loud and cakey
