Driving through the erratic traffic in the rush hours can be really tiring and frustrating.  I was trying my best to drive through and somehow reach the coffee shop on time, where my friend lily was waiting for me. Hello! I am Sonam, an amateur photo journalist, trying to cover interesting stories with my photographer friend, who was fuming in paranoia waiting for me.  Interesting sights is what inspires us; while she tries to capture them all, I try to build a story around it. Something which is as simple , but it’s worth a 1000 words.  Just on the left of me was a children’s park and I couldn’t help but notice this little girl leaning against a merry-go-round, unmoved and lost in her tho...

Indeed a very hyped and much  talked about form of yoga offlalate.  Though being engendered from India, it is more popular overseas  and growing its popularity in Asian countries currently. Bikram Yoga originated in 1970’s, brought to  light by Bikram choudhury, the founder of Bikram Yoga. The process involves practicing yoga in a room enabled with 105* Fahrenheit (40*C humidity) with 26 different  postures, not very difficult, but in a room so hot it feels as tough as climbing a mountain.  Immediately after class The class begins with breathing exercise (pranayam) involving inhaling and exhaling deeply and correctly to bring in fresh flow of oxygen...
